Apparently this guy has been doing this to DK for years and a fan near by provided a video to the NFL of him using terrible language that he denied saying and then afterwards caught him saying, I finally got him to bite or something like that. I guess the fan reached out after hearing the Lions weren't going to do anything to the other fan.

I can't confirm the above as I can't find the post on threads, but the NFL is still investigating.
