ASHWAUBENON − You could make a case that the finest high school girls basketball team in Wisconsin resides in Oostburg.
The Lady Dutch made believers out of the Wisconsin Dells players in Oostburg's 64-37 victory in the WIAA Division 3 state championship game at the Resch Center on Saturday, March 14.
Paced by the Ketterhagen sisters – a trio of Division 1 prospects – Oostburg led 42-21 at the half and never trailed.

Ady Ketterhagen had 20 points and nine rebounds with Kinsley Ketterhagen adding 14 points and six rebounds. Riley Ketterhagen also had 10 points and seven rebounds.
"Words probably can't describe it as much as it should," Oostburg coach Isaiah Ketterhagen said. "Last year, we were in the media room, and the first question came, 'What are you gonna do for a repeat?' And we just soaked it up. And we thought, you know what, we're gonna live in the moment, and that's what we're gonna do again. So for us to come all this way, to put the schedule together that we did, and come out unscathed, and go 30-0? Who would have thunk?"
Ady and Riley, both 5-11 seniors, are heading to play at UW-Green Bay. Kinsley, a 6-foot-1 sophomore, is one of the top recruits in the state, having received offers from Iowa, Michigan State, UW-Green Bay and Wisconsin.
The Lady Dutch also set a D3 tournament record for 3-pointers made with 19, with the previous record (18) held by Aquinas in 2021.
The Lady Dutch beat a slew of top teams across a wide range of divisions including D1 state qualifiers Arrowhead, Green Bay Notre Dame and Pewaukee, D2 state qualifiers Beaver Dam and Whitefish Bay, D4 state qualifier St. Mary Catholic along with D1 powers Appleton East and Stevens Point.
It was the fifth title overall for Oostburg. The program was making its 12th state appearance.
Jaz Alwin had 20 points to lead Wisconsin Dells (29-1), which was making its second state appearance.
