The Oklahoma City Thunder are at home on Wednesday night as they face off against the Denver Nuggets in Game 2 of their second-round series.

Oklahoma City dominated most of the game in Game 1 on Monday night but they were unable to close it out as Denver completed a comeback in the fourth quarter that ended with a game-winning three-pointer by Aaron Gordon.

Many things contributed to the Thunder’s blown lead in Game 1 and they will now look to bounce back in a likely must-win Game 2 on Wednesday night.

Of course, the Thunder need to avoid falling behind 2-0 in the series on their home court after the disappointing ending to Game 1 as they do not want to give the Nuggets a chance to close out the series on their home court.

The good news for the Thunder is that they will once again enter Game 2 on Wednesday night with a clean injury report as they have only one player listed on it.

That player is Nikola Topic, who has missed his entire rookie season due to a torn ACL last summer.

With the Thunder’s core all healthy for Wednesday’s game, they should enter it motivated to pick up a crucial victory after Monday’s loss.

On the other side, the Nuggets will also enter Wednesday’s game with a clean injury report as they also have only one player listed on it.

Denver has ruled out rookie center DaRon Holmes II who has missed his entire rookie season due to a torn Achilles.

The Nuggets’ clean injury report is also a good sign for them due to Michael Porter Jr. and Russell Westbrook playing through injuries.

With both teams’ cores healthy, it should be another tight matchup on Wednesday night.

Fans can catch Wednesday’s Game 2 matchup between the Nuggets and Thunder at 9:30 p.m. EST on TNT.
