I still don’t think you understand what he’s saying.

You can be a generational athlete while still being a not-good player of the sport you’re playing.
Very easy to understand.

Lamar, Kyler and Anthony Richardson are generational athletes at the position but one is a superstar, one is average and one is a bust. Special physical gifts don’t guarantee anything.

Well, I asked an expert if KM was considered a generational talent. Here is his answer:

"Kyler Murray's Status as a Generational Talent

Kyler Murray is widely regarded as a generational talent in the NFL. This label was notably given by Arizona Cardinals general manager Steve Keim, who emphasized Murray's unique skills and potential.

Key Points About Kyler Murray

  • Drafted First Overall: Murray was selected as the first overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, highlighting the high expectations placed on him.
  • Dual-Threat Ability: He is recognized for his exceptional dual-threat capabilities, combining strong passing skills with impressive mobility.
  • Recognition: Murray has been acknowledged for his talent, being named the Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2019 and selected to the Pro Bowl in both 2020 and 2021.

Conclusion

Overall, Kyler Murray's combination of skills, achievements, and the high regard in which he is held by NFL executives and analysts solidify his status as a generational talent in professional football."

I posted this from an (I think) AI generated response on Google/duck duck go search.

Still nothing definite, in my opinion.

"Hey, AI - who considers Kyler Murray to be a generational talent in the NFL?"

AI: The drunk former GM of the Arizona Cardinals who drafted Kyler #1 overall is responsible for that label.

Seems legit.
