Sad this thread has gained more traffic than about our current players.
Most interesting topic on the board.

We could go back to talking about a 1-11 Starting QB holding out.

Or maybe we can talk about how great Tip Reiman is.

Or my personal favorite this off-season our superstar TE trashing the AZ fanbase.

What should we discuss?

which I believe is one of the biggest indictments of Monti. This roster is so uninteresting and has such low expectations that Kyler failing in Minnesota might be the best hope this organization has for a "win" in 2026.
Its what the majority of the fanbase here is hoping for.

Can't wait for the season!!!!!

I think a deal will get done by camp. Nothings happening right now because everyone is on vacation.

They mentioned obliquely on Cards Underground that Beck and Minshew were clearly inferior options to Brissett based on what they saw through offseason work.

One thing that Shanahan/McVay guys love is quarterbacks who will just execute the offense. Kirk Cousins is their dream. I think that Brissett can be like 85% of peak Kirk Cousins.
If that is the case that is truly disappointing.

I was really hoping that Beck could have a Russell Wilson like camp and surprise everyone.

As many as every other QB in the 100 year history of the Cardinals minus 1.

stop crying - kyler is gone - cards sucked before he got here and will suck long after he's gone - but the world keeps turning - atleast for the rest who aren't obsessed with a quitter

tired of all the snide comments about the fanbase too - stop talking sideways- if you got something to say say it - or do like quitter does

he's a quitter - a pouty ass chumpola lol - monti didn't bench him to protect some imaginary ass investment - the quitter quit and the entire team was more than ok with it - geez man

For how excited people were before the draft, I’m a little surprised we’re not hearing more from the usual front office apologists about the role of Love in the offense.

Like people are saying they’ll be very happy if he gets 1400 combined yards. Kyren Williams had over 1500 yards and 13 TDs in this offense last season.

He was a 5th round pick and the Rams only rushed 43% of the time.

From your mouth to Gods ears.

I really hope MLF delivers. If he comes here, flames out and the offense looks like poo we are dead.

What I don't get is why isn't any former Cardinal players saying much about Murray either positive or negative? I mean, if I was a teammate and he quit on me, I'd let people know if someone asked me.

Why hasn't Fitz said anything? What about AJ Green, Zach Ertz, or DeAndre Hopkins. I don't recall any of them talk negatively about Murray. What are we missing?

The NFLPA is a brotherhood. Some may think it but only the idiots say it out loud.

I have no proof, just a feeling. I believe the offense will be much better than plastered in the reports and power rankings. I believe the defense will be much better than people think. Players have recovered and players have grown with experience.
The problem with this being true is....Beck better be our next QBOTF because we won't be picking in the top 5 next year.....Jus Sayin ;)

I'm a believer! If we go with JB, we will have a slightly better chance of surprising a few teams. I don't think we are close enough to contend but I've always said that the biggest differences between the best and the worst of teams is players/coaches doing the little things. Currently, it is a tricky situation to be in right now. Do we go with JB or do we see what Beck has?

Honestly, I would just like to see competitive games throughout the season. Even if we turn out to be losers (which we will) fans will stay engaged for the most part if the games are close.

"A Line Arguably worse" Ok, i need what youre smokin. K1 made the line look way better than it was the entire time due to his ability to escape. JB would be crushed by this line just like Brisket.

The argument is how would Burrow do here and it won't be any different.

This team is a dumpster fire and we are seeing it in real time again.

Putting the team on his shoulders.

Because K1 never quit on anything.

That is forum hyperbole. K1 was invited to Micheal Wilson’s wedding just weeks ago.

Total fan fiction.

It's very rare that players talk crap about former teammates. The only one I can think of who does it often is Antonio Brown and he's insane.

Here is Watt being kinda cornered into talking about Kyler. He COULD have come to Kyler's defense here but instead he mostly avoids the topic.

Point made but....NEVER??

Back in the day, word on the street was that he may or may not have quit on potty training...
Neither one of us can confirm either statement is true...;)

Cool story his team stinks and he went to a Super Bowl almost 5 years ago
It's the closest a Heisman-winning QB has come to winning a Super Bowl in many years. Last win came in 1984. At least Burrow tried, unlike Cam Newton who couldn't be bothered to reach for a loose football. SMH.
