How many times did we throw om 1st down. With the blitzing The bills were doing why no screen passes or even some QB draws. Very little imagination used and no adustment to what the Bills were doing.

If we had a quick think qb like bledsoe we would have a winning record right now. No doubt about it.

i think Drew is washed up myself.

josh didn't lose the game, but he certainly didn't help win it.

I've already ripped the OL coach, the OL, I've openly questioned the pick of Fitz.

I'm not just mad that on my fantasy team today I started Fitz, Jones, Leftwich and Fred Taylor who combined might get me 10 points.

Bad loss, don't understand why we do this everytime we seem to be turnign the corner?

Are we the only team in the league that has a qb that cant audible to make teams pay for blitzing. Green cant call a play to burn the blitz. Josh has to when he sees the formation.

Every other team in the NFL makes you not want to blitz every play. Cant figure out why we cant

Because the game set up poorly for us, and Buffalo came out like savage rabid dogs.

And get of the fitz draft pick thing man. Its old. Do you know how lame it looks to use hindsight when evaluating draft picks?

This is one bad game. Fitz had no chance today because McCown had no chance.

Big Ben just made a 1st down through as a rusher was crushing him. Will make the defense think twice. Why cant our guy do that?

Is it big Bens savvy veterenship?

I understand and sympathize with you. But Buffalo is the AFC version of the Cards this year. Its really not surprising they ripped us up.

I'm watching the game, and Josh has no chance to throw 9 plays out of 10.

Lets all settle down and not throw away all the good work we've done so far this season. Back to back blowouts might change my mind, but I'm still on board with Denny and co.

Those of you how are NOT on board, the exit is over there ---------> So why don't you save the bandwidth, and spare us your whinning.

He audibles. But most NFL teams have lines that can pick up a blitz most of the time!

Shows you how intelligent you are you have trouble deciphering english

I was never on the Ben wagon and still am not. Hindsight is 20/20

But while your busy hugging McCown youll never be able to see that being new or "learning" is no reason not to be downright untalented.

You know perfectly well I was against the pick weeks before we made it.

But hey don't let that stop you.

and do I really need to point out how lame it is to complain someone should "get off" something in one sentence, implying they've been saying it over and over, and then in the next sentence accuse them of using hindsight?

It takes a while to turn around a team mired in a losing history and mentality.

Carolina is proof that it takes longer than one year. Mooch is strugling to turn it around in Mo town in two years.

Green calls the shots here, and, he's decided to go with McCown. Do you pretend to know more about football than he does? You're laying too much blame on McCown! He might be out next year, but he didn't lose this game dude! a first grader can see that! ok?

Agreed, josh is not the only guy who needs to be held accountable today. By accounts of Pasch and Mistler, Step was horrible, didn't block, didn't do anything to adjust the line calls to the blitzes. Bridges was apparently terrible. Mistler said Wells had his worst game of the season.

And I think we can certainly complain about the special teams, the offensive play calling etc.

And I think a kindergartener could see he is not a qb to lead a franchise.

No. Quite incorrect. We came out averaging about 5 yds/carry, but each drive we killed ourselves with penalties. The game didn't collapse for us from the beginning. We started establishing a run game, but when it became clear we couldn't pass, THEN it was all over.

No, you're wrong Stout. Buffalo brought everything but the kitchen sink on most of our pass attempts. It was like a feeding frenzy.

I agree that we were in the game until the kickoff return for a TD. And we were running effectively in the first and 2nd quarter. But they didn't give us a chance in the passing game. rabid, savage crack-head dogs. thats what they were.

How can you call me wrong, Crimson, when I said 'but when it became clear we couldn't pass, THEN it was all over'? You just agreed with me and said I was wrong in the same post. Can you read?

Yes stout, I can read.

Maybe I wasn't clear. You said I was wrong about the fact that they came out like rabid dogs. I agreed with you that we were able to run effectively for a while, but disagreed with you because they attacked our passing game like rabid, savage, crack-head, dogs.

ok?

All right, I can see what you're saying. No, our pass protection wasn't perfect in the beginning, but it wasn't horrific to start with either. It did go south very quickly, though. If it wasn't for some horrible early penalties, I seriously think this game may have turned out quite different. Yet when it became clear we were killing ourselves, THEN they were able to tee off on us, IMO.
