It may all be an illusion, but I'm glad the Cardinals have depth at wide receiver and quarterback.

I wish I felt the same about the cornerbacks.

I think any Cardinal fan without a need to always see the worst in this team would see that.
Okay. Let me turn that around. Any Cardinal fan without the need to see this team through rose colored glasses would see that.

How is MVS with his 50% catch rate and never passed 700 yards, JuJu who hasn't done anything newsworthy since 2018 and a 2nd round rookie who hasn't played a snap better than what we have?

Because they have all become part of a dynamic system. What has Dortch done? Ju ju had a broken down Qb throwing to him, Scantling and Hardeman can both fly. I’m not saying the Chiefs corp is head and shoulders better than us but but we aren’t head and shoulders above them.

I didn't say we were head and shoulders above, but certainly better.

JuJu became almost unplayable with the Steelers, being passed up by Claypool, Johnson, and the Steelers even tried James Washington as well.

MVS is blah. Played with perhaps the best QB in the NFL and he couldn't make him more than a high end #4.

I agree, Chiefs receivers are meh.

MVS to lead the league in receiving yards week 1...+11000. With all of the attention given to Kelce and JuJu...I made this bet.

How much do we really trust Marco Wilson to not get beat deep.

What's highest going to be 135 maybe?

Even at 15 YPC at his career catch rate he'd need 18 targets.

Marco Wilson has a faster 40 than MVS. The one area I trust Marco the most is a straight up foot race.

Yeah we're going to need AJ Green to step up big with Rondale out because clearly KC is going to load up on Hollywood. Do we even have a healthy TE, Ertz just came back to practice, McBride looked like he was nowhere near 100% in preseason, Maxx not back. Stephen Anderson? My assumption earlier was we'd play more 2 TE when D Hop was out so I liked the pick of McBride knowing Maxx would not be ready. But now unless Ertz and McBride are healthier than I think, or Anderson is better than I think, seems unlikely we can play much 2 TE.

Maxx is back and a full go for the game FYI

5 for 150 is feasible. Obviously there is a reason it is +11000 but I think that is off.

One long reception is all it takes. Did you never watch Desean Jackson and Will Fuller?

Yes. MVS isn't in the same league.

Look, I understand the punt bet at those odds. But the odds say it all.

In fairness, we should wait and see if Marco improves in year two.
