Nikola Vucevic is probably happy with how his offseason team movement went.

From the Boston Celtics, he is now returning to play for his long-time team, the Orlando Magic.

Vucevic ended up playing just 16 games for the Celtics after they traded for him in the middle of the season from the Chicago Bulls.

In just one start across 16 appearances, Vucevic averaged 9.7 points and 6.6 rebounds per game in Celtics green.

Despite that, Boston's social media team posted a nice thank you to Vucevic.

The problem, as a follow-up post from Vucevic explained, is that by tagging him in the original post, he's getting notified of all the replies.

This is how Vucevic shared his funny thoughts on the matter:

Thank you for posting this but all it did is set me up for the lovely replies https://t.co/1vYG2RlaVt

Vucevic is encountering something that a lot of athletes see. If they open their social media apps, especially in a moment like this, there's often a lot being said about them, both good and bad.

The reason it took so long is that a number of transactions couldn't become official until July 6. The team post essentially signifies that the deal was official.

Now, though, Vucevic probably should turn off the notifications to his X app (formerly Twitter) for the time being.

No one can have that hard of feelings about his return to Orlando, but it's still a lot of notifications to work through for Vucevic.
