According to Zach Berman of The Athletic, Sirianni turned to ChatGPT this offseason while looking for a new way to deliver an old message. The Eagles coach wanted a story built around relentless effort, and the search eventually led him to Anthony Robles, the former Arizona State wrestler who was born with one leg and won a national championship in 2011.
For Sirianni, the point was not artificial intelligence itself. It was finding another way to reach his players.
Sirianni’s “tough, detailed, together” mantra has defined his time in Philadelphia, but even successful messages need new packaging. Players change. Seasons change. Expectations change. The Eagles have played to a championship-level standard for years, and Sirianni acknowledged that such expectations can feel heavy, even as they push the organization toward improvement.
