Not everybody loves Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni, and I can understand why some fans of other teams aren't the biggest fans of his.

Not only is Sirianni a different kind of competitor and seems a bit over the top, which can rub people the wrong way, but the Eagles have done nothing but win over his tenure as head coach, and that always leads to haters.

However, Sirianni's attitude has definitely raised red flags in the past among other fan bases, with some thinking he puts on a fake persona and acts like a tough guy.

I don't think that's what Sirianni does, and better yet, I just think that's who he is as a person. When Sirianni spoke about that, he admitted this is exactly who he is, and he has no way to fake the guy he is, given all the challenges that come with being a head coach.

“F— that,” Sirianni said, per The Athletic. “You’ve got to be you. Especially in leadership roles. Because otherwise people are going to see through it. I’m (at work) way more than I’m at home. I can’t possibly carry a façade of being somebody else for going on six years of a job. I’d (have to) be the best actor in the world. I’d be a way better actor than Joey Tribbiani on ‘Friends.’”

The more interesting part of the bunch was Saquon Barkley recently speaking about what Sirianni does.

Sirianni, who has taken a lot of heat from Philadelphia fans and other fan bases over the past year due to struggles last season, probably doesn't get enough love. While I understand that there's always going to be frustration if Philadelphia doesn't win a Super Bowl, Sirianni has made this team competitive every single year, and Barkley doesn't believe that's given enough credit.

“He doesn’t get enough credit at all, in my opinion,” Barkley said. “I don’t get why he doesn’t. Like, what he’s doing, in real time, is legendary.

“If we’re being honest, no one talks about it enough. Like, we love to talk about me rushing for 2,000 yards, we love to talk about Jalen (Hurts), we love to talk about the Eagles. But he’s like the last one to get brought up, and it doesn’t really make sense.”
