Including two postseason meetings, the Steelers and Bengals have faced each other in 113 matchups, with Pittsburgh holding a 72-41 advantage over their AFC North rival in Cincinnati.

In 2025, the Steelers split evenly with the Bengals, losing their first meeting in Week 6 on Thursday Night Football but winning the second outing against Cincinnati in Week 11.

As of now, the Steelers have had five games leaked, including a Black Friday Game against an AFC West opponent, but the official NFL schedule release will take place on May 14.
