Since 2002, the Steelers and Texans have gone head-to-head in eight regular-season matchups, with Pittsburgh holding a 5-3 advantage over Houston.

The last meeting between these two potential AFC contenders came in the 2025 Wild Card round of the playoffs, where the Texans soundly defeated the Steelers 30-6.

As of now, the Steelers have had seven games leaked — including a potential Christmas Day game against an NFC South opponent — but the official NFL schedule release will take place on May 14, giving fans a complete look at the 2026 season.
