NFL schedule leaks: Steelers' first road game of 2026 season revealed

With the NFL schedule release rapidly approaching, a new leak has revealed one of the Pittsburgh Steelers' first games of the 2026 regular season.

According to NFL reporter Jordan Schultz, the Steelers will travel on the road to Foxborough to play against the New England Patriots in Week 2.

Since 1972, the Steelers and Patriots have faced each other in 36 times, five of which were in the post-season, with New England holding a 19-17 advantage over Pittsburgh.

In 2025, the Steelers and Patriots clashed head-to-head in Week 3, with Pittsburgh defeating New England 21-14 at Gilette Stadium.

As of now, the Steelers have had 10 games revealed — including a Sunday Night Football matchup against an AFC North rival — but the official NFL schedule release is almost here, giving fans a complete look at the 2026 season.
