Yes but it’s still where the niners play the home of the San Francisco 49ers and that’s what most people think of

Nice. Plus, he has been getting a ton of press for who his grandpa was.

Dick Hammer also played basketball at the University of Southern California (USC) and was part of the team that reached the Final Four in 1954. He also represented the U.S. Olympic volleyball team at the 1964 Olympics. Hammer had a diverse career, including acting, firefighting, and being a commercial model.

Two close games… neither of which felt THAT exciting, at least not compared to the rest of the playoffs.

Hate to see another NFC West team in the Super Bowl.

Was hoping the Bears magic would have got them there. Darnold has been too comfortable against NFC West teams lately.

They may still win the SB, but I expect his play to be much worse vs the Patriots.

You really didn’t find Seattle/LA that exciting? Surprising.
I thought it was a good game, but I think the first three rounds just spoiled me. I also kinda felt like Seattle was in control most of the game and was oddly confident the Rams weren’t getting in the end zone on that last drive. Just felt like a hump game in basketball where a team takes a lead and the other keeps coming back gets close, maybe even takes a brief lead, then immediately goes down again and gets close, then down, then close but just won’t have what it takes to seal the deal.

What a name. The Rams never stood a chance against the progeny of Dick Hammer.

I remember at the beginning of the season when Matthew Stafford had a supposed back problem and they were questioning whether he could even play this year…. Yet goes on to play All 17 games is completely healthy and is killing it in the playoffs. Anybody else think that was a ruse on the Rams part?
Better drugs in the playoffs. He was fading pretty hard down the stretch.
