We're nearly at the finish line to the 2026 NFL Draft, with under a week to go before the first round in Pittsburgh.

Which means it's time for one last round of mock drafts, and the latest from ESPN, with anonymous scouts making the top 10 picks. The biggest surprise? Tennessee cornerback Jerrod McCoy going to the New Orleans Saints at No. 8. McCoy went No. 12 to the Dallas Cowboys in our latest NFL mock draft from Christian D'Andrea, so maybe there's something to this, although I haven't seen other mocks with McCoy in the top 10.

Here's the scout's take to ESPN on why McCoy is a pick there:

"Rarely do you find true blue-chip cornerbacks, and when one falls to you, it's an easy decision to take them off the board," the scout said. "So I'll take McCoy with the belief that his knee is good long term and that he'll be back to the player we saw in 2024, when he was the best cornerback in the nation."

Wow. Fascinating! Make sure to check out the latest 2026 NFL mock draft from D'Andrea!
