The Atlanta Falcons have found their next head coach, hiring Kevin Stefanski on Saturday night after interviewing nine total candidates for the vacancy. Next up, Stefanski will look to fill out his coaching staff. There already have been a few names linked to Atlanta.

The Falcons are expected to hire Bill Callahan as offensive line coach and retain defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich, but what about Atlanta's offensive coordinator position. Zac Robinson is unlikely to return and has already interviewed for three other vacancies.

According to a report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Stefanski is eyeing Tommy Rees to be the team's new offensive coordinator. Rees served as Cleveland's offensive coordinator in 2025, working closely with Stefanski.

Prior to joining the Browns staff in 2024, Rees was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Alabama in 2023, and held the same role at Notre Dame from 2020-2023.

Stefanski is an experienced play-caller, and most assume he will continue to call plays in Atlanta. The Falcons had a similar situation with head coach Arthur Smith, who also served as the team's play-caller from 2021-2023.
