The Arizona Cardinals are upgrading at guard on the offensive line. According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo, they will sign veteran guard Isaac Seumalo to a three-year contract worth $31.5 million.

Seumalo is 32 years old and has played 10 NFL seasons, the last three for the Pittsburgh Steelers as their starting left guard. He was a Pro Bowler in 2024.

The Cardinals have struggled with injuries on the offensive line. Seumalo has missed seven games the last two seasons.

Evan Brown has been the Cardinals' starting left guard the last two seasons. Will he or Seumalo play right guard, or will Brown be released or traded?

The deal is not too expensive for a starting-caliber guard, but he will be 33 years old this season and it is a three-year deal. If he stays healthy, the Cardinals will have a reliable interior blocker, something they lacked last season.
