I think he's getting more hype than he's worth. I like him but mid 2nd to early 3rd feels right for him. He's not a great route runner and he doesn't have a big route tree. Everything I've seen of him is go, post and slants.
He's also only had 5 100 yard games in 3 years starting and every big school he's played with good corners he's done very little. 17 yards vs Alabama. 28 vs Georgia.
Good speed, good in traffic, good run blocker too. I've heard the AJ Green comps which is about right from the route tree angle but it's a poor mans AJ Green.
