The NFC East is full of great quarterbacks, and ranking them was hard. These rankings are based on playoff appearances, Super Bowl wins, and, of course, stats.
Here is our ranking of the best quarterbacks in the NFC East
Many may be surprised that Jalen Hurts is on top of this list, but here is why: he is the only person on this list who has won a Super Bowl and could have been a two-time Super Bowl winner. His stats fell off this past season, and while a lot of people blame him, he didn't get much help from his running game or his offensive coordinator. Hurts' game is more efficient when he has help. It also didn't help that he had a disgruntled wide receiver. We shall see if it's a bounce-back season for Hurts.
Dak Prescott has always put up great numbers, especially last year.
Prescott threw for over 4500 yards and 30 touchdowns, yet the Cowboys didn't make the playoffs again. Now, a lot of that was the defense, but there were moments where Prescott didn't play his best, and he especially has a tendency to do that in big games when he needs to step up.
He has no excuses this year. Jerry Jones has placed players on that defense who should make this team better, but will Prescott be better?
Jayden Daniels' rookie season was amazing. He threw for over 3,500 yards and 25 touchdowns while leading the Commanders to the playoffs. But in his second year, his numbers fell off completely, mainly because of injuries. This will be his third year as a pro in a tough division, and it looks like he may have to carry this team on his back again, which may be asking a lot of him.
Somebody had to finish last, and it was Jaxson Dart. It's not his fault. He was a rookie last season who had a pretty good year. He threw for over 2200 yards and 15 touchdowns and seemed to have gotten the Giants back on track toward the end of the year, but like Jayden Daniels, he had a few injuries at the end of the season. It's going to be interesting to see if Dart can continue his growth under new head coach John Harbaugh.
