New Tennessee Titans head coach Robert Saleh met with the media at the NFL Scouting Combine on Tuesday and touched on multiple topics, ranging from general manager Mike Borgonzi to defensive tackle T’Vondre Sweat.

He was also asked about the quarterbacks, both Cam Ward and Will Levis, who missed all of 2025 after shoulder surgery. While many believe the Titans will eventually deal Levis, Saleh spoke as if the team intends to bring Levis into camp and possibly compete to be Ward’s primary backup.

"Yeah, I met with Will [Levis] recently, and I told him to have the best offseason of his life. Attack this offseason, work your butt off, and let's see what happens.” Saleh said, “He's really talented, and I look forward to having him be part of the team.”

With free agency around the corner and the draft quickly following, it’s hard to read into any comments made by organizations when it comes to depth and positions, and Saleh’s comments were about what one should expect. Even if the Titans would like to deal Levis, there is no way they would reveal their plans at the combine.

In a draft class that appears to be thin at the quarterback position, Levis would seem to have some value both leading up to the draft and on draft weekend, and could be moved. But, as with everything else at this point in the offseason, the moves the team makes in the coming weeks will give a ton of insight into its offseason plans.
