Cam Ward is healthy and throwing again, but he's not the only quarterback making a return from injury for the Tennessee Titans.
Will Levis, who missed all of last season rehabbing a shoulder injury, practiced at Vanderbilt Health Football Center on May 21 alongside Ward and former Tennessee Vols' quarterback Hendon Hooker. All three were full participants in both individual and team drills.
Levis, 26, last played for the Titans in the 2024 season, when he threw for 2,091 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. The Titans' second round pick (No. 33 overall) in the 2023 NFL Draft, Levis has a 5-16 record in 21 games as a Titans starter.
After suffering a shoulder injury against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6 of the 2024 season, Levis had elective surgery on July 29, 2025 to resolve the issue.
"We support (Levis') decision to focus on his long-term health. He approached the offseason with professionalism and showed clear growth as a leader. We remain confident in his full recovery," the Titans said in a statement on July 21.
Levis is in the final year of his four-year rookie contract.
