Nebraska softball earns second-straight shutout over Wisconsin 6-0

Nebraska softball (32-6, 13-1) continued its series with Wisconsin (22-14, 7-7) on Saturday. The Huskers claimed the series by shutting out the Badgers for the second straight game, 6-0.

Jordy Frahm (11-4) delivered the shutout, pitching a complete game and allowing just two hits. She held a no-hitter through six innings and fired five strikeouts. Frahm also batted 2-for-4 at the plate.

Nebraska tallied nine hits in the win and scored all six runs in the fourth. Hannah Coor and Alexis Jensen drove in two RBIs each. Coor delivered her two off a single to finish 1-for-4. Jensen blasted a two-run home run. Hannah Camenzind and Jesse Farrell both drove in an RBI.

The Huskers and Badgers concluded the series on Sunday. The first pitch is set for noon CT on B1G+.
