Nate Diaz is looking to stay busy following his defeat in his MMA comeback.

Diaz had no complaints about the way the fight ended, with the bout against Mike Perry stopped in his corner before the start of the third round.

The former UFC fighter showed plenty of grit, but deep cuts brought an early end to his return.

Speaking after the fight, Diaz said he “didn’t actually feel good at all” and is hoping to get back in action soon to keep things moving forward.

Nate Diaz’s first reaction after the fight stayed true to his earlier comments about needing time to readjust to MMA after such a long break.

The Stockton native said right after the bout that he picked up the injury within seconds of round one and admitted focusing too much on it during the fight.
