Milwaukee defeated Philadelphia, 96-94, in the NBA Summer League at Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Former Tennessee basketball player Nate Ament started and played 27 minutes for the Bucks. He totaled 12 points, seven rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block. Ament converted 5-of-10 field goal attempts and 2-of-3 three-point attempts.

Brayden Burries led Milwaukee with 27 points, while Kam Jones scored 12 points and Pete Nance finished with 11 points.

Gerald Ayani led the 76ers in scoring with 22 points, while Dante Maddox Jr. and Nick Townsend scored 15 points each for Philadelphia.

Ament was selected by Miami in the first round of the 2026 NBA draft with the No. 13 overall pick. He was traded to Milwaukee after being drafted.

Ament played at Tennessee during the 2025-26 season and appeared in 35 games, including 35 starts. He averaged 16.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per contest.

The former Vol's career high for points in a game was 29 against Oklahoma on Feb. 18. He also recorded career highs for rebounds (11) versus Vanderbilt on March 13 and assists (five) against Mississippi State on Feb. 11.
