The NBA Summer League California Classic will tip off Friday.
The league will be co-hosted by Golden State and Sacramento through July 6 at Chase Center in San Francisco, California and Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California.
Milwaukee is slated to open play in the league on Saturday in Sacramento. The Bucks will play Golden State Blue at 3 p.m. EDT (ESPN+).
Former Tennessee basketball player Nate Ament is not on roster for Milwaukee in the California Classic Summer League.
Ament was selected by Miami in the first round of the 2026 NBA draft with the No. 13 overall pick. He was traded to Milwaukee after being drafted. He could join the Bucks in the NBA Summer League once his trade becomes official on July 6.
Ament played at Tennessee during the 2025-26 season and appeared in 35 games, including 35 starts. He averaged 16.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per contest.
Ament’s career high for points in a game was 29 against Oklahoma on Feb. 18. He also recorded career highs for rebounds (11) versus Vanderbilt on March 13 and assists (five) against Mississippi State on Feb. 11.
