Former Tennessee basketball star Nate Ament finally made his summer league debut for the Milwaukee Bucks on July 10 in Las Vegas, and it came against the Miami Heat, the team that briefly held his draft rights before it was included in the trade that sent Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis Jr. to Miami.

The No. 13 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft sat out the California Classic in Sacramento last week. He was seen on the Bucks' bench, but the trade with Miami wasn't finalized until July 6, keeping him off the official roster.

The Bucks lost 119-86, though they led 31-26 after the first quarter, with Ament scoring four points. He finished with six points, three rebounds and two assists in 17 minutes.

Ament's first points came two feet from the basket, dunking over Heat center Vladislav Goldin on a feed from Bogoljub Marković. He added a second slam and knocked down a 19-footer off the dribble using a Jesse Edwards screen.

He also set up teammate Pete Nance for two 3-pointers before exiting for good with 5:48 left in the third quarter.

The Heat's Ryan Conwell and Jahmir Young led all scorers with 19 points. Bucks guard Brayden Burries, the No. 10 overall pick, had 18 points on 6-for-15 shooting.

Here are Ament's full stats against the Heat.
