Nashville SC looks to bounce back from its worst defeat of the season, hosting Chicago Fire in a clash of mid-table teams at 7:30 p.m. CT on Saturday night.
Nashville SC (4-1-4, 13 points) sits just one point above Chicago Fire (3-3-3, 12 points) in the MLS Eastern Conference standings, while the teams are even on goal differential.
NSC coach B.J. Callaghan will be well familiar of his opposition, having served as an assistant under Chicago coach Gregg Berhalter for four years with the U.S. men's national team. Callaghan was later promoted to interim manager of the USMNT before the re-hiring of Berhalter in June 2023.
It will be the first time the pair have met as opposing managers.

If history is any indicator, Nashville will like its chances at rebounding from last week's loss out west, holding a 4-2-1 record against Chicago all time and a 3-0-1 record when playing the Fire at home.
NSC is still expected to be without defensive stalwart Walker Zimmerman, who remains in concussion protocol following a head injury April 5 against Charlotte FC. Despite his absence the past two games, Nashville remains tied for the fourth-fewest goals conceded in the Eastern Conference.
Nashville SC vs. Chicago Fire can be streamed with MLS Season Pass on Apple TV. This is the third season of a 10-year partnership between MLS and Apple TV, which will carry every MLS regular-season and playoff game.
