NCAA votes to eliminate bowl transition penalty​

Big news for North Dakota State and Sacramento State fans: if eligible, your teams can play in bowl games as soon as this upcoming season. The NCAA voted to eliminate the transition penalty. Every once in a while, the NCAA does something good.
