Langeliers is continuing to have success at the plate and is tied for the hits lead among MLB catchers. He’s quickly become one of the league’s top offensive catchers. Entering the week, he leads the Athletics in batting average and home runs.
Rushing continues to produce when given at-bats. He is ranked among the league leaders in home runs and has 30% less at-bats. Los Angeles will find a way to keep Rushing in the lineup.
Entering the week, Baldwin is leading MLB catchers in hits. The second-year catcher is Atlanta’s most consistent hitter. Matt Olson is the only Braves position player with a higher WAR than Baldwin.
Hicks has Miami contending in the NL East. The season has a long way to go, but Liam Hicks has been one of the team’s best hitters. Entering the week, he leads the Marlins in RBI.

Hunter Goodman is finding his stride. The Colorado catcher is starting to resemble last season’s form, where he reached 30 home runs and 90 BRI. His recent success is directly correlated to the team’s recent stretch of home games.
The Detroit catcher continues to produce. He’s shown offensive prowess and is aiming for his second consecutive Gold Glove Award. Entering the week, he has the second-best OPS for the Tigers.
Contreras is heating up. He’s locked in and making solid contact at the plate. The veteran will be a key piece as Milwaukee battles for the NL Central crown.
Adley Rutschman is on a tear. He’s put behind the past few seasons and is locked in. He’s starting to look like the high-producing offensive force when he first burst onto the Major League scene.
Jeffers is making the most of receiving the majority of playing time for Minnesota. Since 2024, he has become the Twins’ starter behind the plate. If he stays locked in, he can reach 20 home runs for the second time in his career.
Oct 31, 2025; Toronto, Ontario, CAN; Los Angeles Dodgers second baseman Tommy Edman (25) runs home to score on a double by catcher Will Smith (16) in the third inning against the Toronto Blue Jays during game six of the 2025 MLB World Series at Rogers Centre.
