MINERAL RIDGE, Ohio (WKBN) – Mineral Ridge girls basketball beats Springfield 41-19 in a Mahoning Valley Athletic Conference Scarlet Tier battle Friday night.

In the win the Rams not only remain undefeated on the season at (6-0) but also in the MVAC (4-0).
Springfield falls to an overall season record of (4-2) and (4-1) in the conference with the defeat.
The Rams now move to second in the MVAC behind Western Reserve at (5-0). Springfield drops to third place in the conference.
Mineral Ridge will look to extended the win-streak to seven at Campbell Memorial on Monday Dec. 15 at 7 p.m.
Springfield plays next at Waterloo also on Monday Dec. 15 at 7 p.m.
