Love it, in this case I think the wait was worth it! I think the Cardinals probably knew Kubiak was likely to go to the Raiders, so once all the other openings were filled they didn't have to rush and sign LaFleur immediately if they at least wanted to talk to Kubiak. Will be very interested to see how LaFleur builds his staff, I'm really hoping for at least an experienced DC to help lead that side of the ball.
