Michigan State basketball has extended its latest offer in the 2027 recruiting class. Asa Montgomery received an offer from the Spartans coaching staff on Friday/
Montgomery is a native of Powder Springs, Georgia, attending Hillgrove High School. He is a 6-foot-7 small forward that is currently ranked as the No. 27 overall player in the class according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
Competition will be stiff for the high level wing, with Michigan State becoming his 21st offer from a power conference program. That list includes the likes of Arizona, North Carolina and UConn, among others.
