It is a court document. It is a portion of the Complaint in a suit filed in Maricopa County Superior Court.

I do, but I don't understand the systems involved. There's no case number here; maybe the attorney leaded the complaint direct? When you search the MCSC docket, Michael's name only shows up on the McDonough complaint.

Kroenke sends his employee over to say thank you ---- presumably from a suite a short walk away -- rather than do it himself

its a real d!ck move by Kroenke -- its says "you are beneath me"

all that being true:

someone a bit more confident in who they were wouldn't vent about the slight in front of everyone in the suite

It can take up to a week for the public docket to reflect filings. Even then, the actual documents are not available on line.
