Is everything
Can someone explain why Minnesota is only a 5.5 point favorite at San Diego? The Chargers are a mess - would figure a much bigger spread on this one.

Vikes have lost two in a row - are they in a downward spiral?

Rivercard, on face value I agree with you BUT Vikes are also on the road on grass...never favorable to them. Still seems like a lock to me too.

What was "old" is "new" again in San Diego as 41 year old Doug Flutie gets the start on Sunday...

Minnesota's defense has been exposed for good. They'll struggle from here on out.

I think San Diego wins this outright.

Absolutely, but if I were a betting person, my lock would be the Steelers.

The Cardinals could not be going into Pittsburgh at a worse time.

The history of that team is fantastic. They have lost many in a row.

Cowher, and the players, are very unhappy campers.

So are the Steeler fans.

They are on a mission and have something to prove like never before.

Like I say, very bad time for the Cardinals to have to go to Pittsburgh and play a team with a great history that is totally pissed off.

What?
Well NEM all we have to do is shove history into the same group as destiny and aura (SP). This couldn't be a better time for the Cards to prove what they're made of.

BTW- I was about a foot away from you at the half last week. You left before I could say anything.

Man, you must be slow afoot if I was only a foot away. :)

Anyway, maybe next time. And, as you noticed, seemed to be having a good time with all the rest of the guys......

Too bad Skkorpion wasnt there. I am sure he would have given me a big hug too, just like everyone else.

As you noticed, I am not the grumpy old guy people think I am.

This board, as does every board, needs a voice of reason, and honesty, and willing to tell it like it is, even if it hurts.

Oh well, such is life. Now, I expect to get banned momentarily, just wanted to respond to your comment. Hope to meet you at the next game that I will be going to, soon. And remember, you, as is everyone here, invited to the VINE on game days when ther Cards arent playing, 28th Street and Indian School and as I have always said, the first Sam Adams is always on me.

Oh, BTW, I understand your point about the game this Sunday, but the vibes I am getting is that it could be a veryugly afternoon in Steeler Town, in more ways than one.

Maybe next time NEM. I really didn't expect you to show up. Glad you could attend a Cardinal victory!

Then why do you act like one online?

If you're such a different person in real life, it begs the question...WHY do you have to act like a jerk ONLINE? Can't you be yourself?

Nice call Skkorpion, but definitely no locks anymore! My "Lock" was the Giants at home against the Vick-less Falcons. Another could have been Indy at Jackonville. Good thing I don't bet real money on these games.

I guess it makes it better for the fans though. You know "On any given Sunday"

On to Cleveland!
