Negotiations between PSG and Liverpool are nowhere near reaching an agreement for the transfer of Bradley Barcola. The France international is the subject of a very insufficient offer from Liverpool.

In search of a winger to complete its squad, Liverpool has identified Bradley Barcola as its top priority. The Merseyside club has an agreement with the Paris Saint-Germain forward, who has refused to extend his contract with the Parisian club beyond June 2028.

The reigning back-to-back European champion will not oppose his departure this summer, provided it makes financial sense. In view of recent transfers in this summer window, notably those of Morgan Rogers to Chelsea for €140 million and of Eliott Anderson to Manchester City for €135 million, PSG has set the bar very high for Bradley Barcola, with demands in those price ranges.

At this stage, however, an agreement with Liverpool is still very far from being reached. As proof, PSG Inside-Actu (a PSG insider) says the next offer from the Reds, expected to be sent next week, will not exceed €110 million.

“According to the latest information, Liverpool is preparing to make its first official offer for Bradley Barcola at the beginning of the week. The amount offered should not, however, exceed €110 million. An offer that, at this stage, is very likely to be refused by Paris Saint-Germain, which has no intention of letting its winger leave so easily,” the cited source wrote.

The matter is not closed, however, and Liverpool could therefore come back with another attempt in the coming days. But in the short term, a move for Bradley Barcola to Liverpool has little chance of materializing. It remains to be seen what price Luis Campos and Nasser Al-Khelaifi will set for the forward trained at Olympique Lyonnais.

A few days ago, Paris Saint-Germain deliberately leaked a price of €170 million. An amount that no one should, barring a moment of madness, put on the table for the France winger.

Elsewhere, it is now official: Randal Kolo Muani is no longer a PSG player. In a brief statement published this Sunday, the club confirmed the transfer of its 27-year-old international forward to Juventus.

For the moment, and as always with PSG, no amount has been made official for this transfer, but it should be around €38 million. 12 million euros in bonuses are expected to accompany this fixed fee, and several sources have mentioned that the bonuses should be triggered if Juve finishes in the top 10 of Serie A at the end of the season.
