Alabama basketball brings its high-scoring reputation into March. And Labaron Philon has a lot to do with that.
Coming into the NCAA Tournament with the nation's No. 1 scoring offense at 91.7 points per game, Philon is the cog in the Crimson Tide machine, averaging a team-leading 22 points per game, shooting 51.1% from the field and 40.3% from 3-point range.

Philon was a star for the Crimson Tide in its first-round win against Hofstra.
In Alabama's 90-70 win against the Pride, Philon led the team with 29 points, connecting on 10 of 18 shot attempts and three 3-point makes on seven tries. He also had eight rebounds, seven assists and three steals with five turnovers.
Most of Philon's production came in the second half with 21 points.
