The college baseball season comes down to one game. On Monday night at 7 p.m. ET, the UNC and Oklahoma baseball teams will play for a National Championship.

North Carolina (54-13-1) responded emphatically on Sunday afternoon, winning 6-2 against the Sooners in a game decided by early hitting and late pitching. Oklahoma (42-23) started fast, with Xander Mercurius recording six strikeouts through two innings, but Jake Schaffner gave the Diamond Heels a third-inning lead they never relinquished.

UNC is rolling with a freshman starting pitcher in Jackson Rose tonight. Behind Caden Glauber and Walker McDuffie, Rose is North Carolina's top bullpen option, with long relief typically his reason for being in a game.

The Diamond Heel bats have to replicate Sunday's success, while pitchers can't make mistakes. Stay tuned throughout tonight's matchup, as we'll bring you the latest big plays, timely updates and can't-miss action.

Oklahoma is one of the hottest teams in the country because of its power. While the Sooners have some decent arms in the bullpen, heading into the College World Series finals the entire pitching staff had a 4.98 ERA and allowed 4.91 walks per nine innings, which ranked 138th nationally.

This game will be decided by which team has the better bullpen. North Carolina still has Walker McDuffie, Jackson Rose and Glauber available, arguably the best bullpen trio in the country.

Because of this, the Tar Heels will win their first national championship in program history.

Score prediction: UNC 5, USC 3

SPREAD:UNC -1.5

MONEYLINE: Oklahoma +114, UNC -146

OVER/UNDER: 9.5 runs
