The Detroit Lions (8-6) are readying for their Week 16 showdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers (8-6) from Ford Field in the Lions' regular-season finale.
With a win, the Lions' playoff chances drastically improve, per Next Gen Stats. According to Next Gen Stats, the Lions have a 31% chance to make the playoffs entering Sunday. With a win over the Steelers, that number jumps up to 40% odds to make the postseason.
