Lindsey Vonn has some company as she rehabs her injuries from the Winter Olympics.

On Wednesday, March 18, the Olympian revealed that her sister Karin Kildow has torn her ACL.

In a video posted to her Instagram Stories, the 41-year-old professional skier — who suffered a complex tibia fracture and a broken right ankle after crashing in the women’s downhill at the Milan Cortina Games — called Kildow “patient #2.”

“Welcome to the Vonn rehab center,” the three-time Olympic medalist wrote underneath a video of Kildow, 33, limping into the frame on crutches.

In the video, a smiling Kildow approaches Vonn, who whoops: “Karin joins the rehab program!”

Karin’s injury comes just a few weeks after she helped nurse her sister back to health in an Italian hospital, where she hilariously registered the attractiveness of the Italian doctors who worked there.

In her February Instagram post, she encouraged her followers to “delete your dating apps and just go to an Italian emergency room.”

Kildow then shared a video featuring a number of good-looking men in scrubs hard at work in the hospital in Treviso where Vonn was airlifted after her crash in the women’s downhill event on Feb. 8 at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

It is not immediately clear when Kildow tore her ACL, but her big sister is making leaps and bounds in her recovery.

Last week, Vonn shared a video in which she was pedaling on a stationary bike, and she’s posted images of herself motoring around her home on a scooter.

As Vonn heals physically, she’s also sharing her mental mindset for the future, five weeks after almost having her leg amputated.

“No, I’m not ready to discuss my future in skiing,” Vonn wrote in a post on Sunday, March 15. “My focus has been on recovering from my injury and getting back to normal life. I was already retired for 6 years and have an amazing life outside of skiing. It was incredible to be #1 in the world again at 41 years old and set new records in my sport, but at my age, I’m the only one that will decide my future.”
