LeBron James is not wasting time building chemistry with his new teammates. On Monday, photos of the superstar forward were posted on social media, working out with Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey. The duo is already putting in work early in the NBA offseason.
James announced his decision to join the 76ers on Friday, which led to a wave of fan reactions. He is set to join forces with a stacked roster that includes Joel Embiid, Jaylen Brown and Maxey.

Basketball trainer Chris Johnson originally uploaded the pictures on Instagram, and Legion Hoops shared them on X. James wore an all-black outfit consisting of a sleeveless compression shirt and athletic workout shorts. He paired it with single leg full-length black compression tights, a fitness tracker on his left wrist, and a thin wristband.
James will play in his 24th season and has his sights set on winning his fifth championship. Philadelphia also strengthened its bench this offseason, signing key veterans for more depth at every position

The 76ers emerged as one of the busiest teams as soon as free agency started. They traded for Brown and added Dean Wade, Anfernee Simons, Ariel Hukporti and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to bolster their lineup. James’ decision could become the last piece of the puzzle for the franchise to win next year’s title.
However, it won’t be easy as the Eastern Conference is stacked. The defending champions, the New York Knicks, along with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors, among others, stand ready to contend.
James signed a two-year deal with a player option in the second season. He aims to end his career with a bang and add another ring to his list of accolades. The No. 1 pick in 2003 has become a four-time champion, four-time Finals MVP, four-time NBA MVP and 22-time All-Star.
