LeBron James and Tyrese Maxey. Teammates together on the Philadelphia 76ers. No, you are not dreaming. Yes, it's real. No need to pinch yourself.
The Sixers were able to land James on a 2-year $8 million deal to join Maxey, Joel Embiid, Jaylen Brown, and Co. in an effort to get Philadelphia over the hump in the East. This is a franchise that has not been past Round 2 since 2001 and hasn't won a title since 1983. Now, Philadelphia will be expected to go deep into the playoffs and reach that mountaintop when considering the additions it made in the offseason.
In preparation for the coming season, James and Maxey were back in the gym and working out together with trainer, Chris Johnson.
