The Las Vegas Raiders continue to request interviews for the coaching opening left by the firing of Pete Carroll. They have have requested interviews with Vance Joseph, Klint Kubiak, Davis Webb, Matt Nagy, Kevin Stefanski , Jeff Hafley, Nate Scheelhaase and now Mike LeFleur.

Let’s get to know LeFleur some more:

Current job:

He has been the offensive coordinator of the Las Vegas Raiders since 2023.

Age:

He is 38.

Coaching experience:

He has 11 seasons of NFL coaching experience. He’s also been Cleveland’s offensive coordinator and San Francisco’s pass-game coordinator. He is the younger brother of Green Bay Packers’ head coach Matt Lafleur

Other interest:

ESPN reported he will also interview with the Arizona Cardinals this week and he is expected to get other interviews as well.

Why the Raiders are interested:

LaFleur is a high-respected young offensive mind. The Raiders are reportedly interested in young, offensive coaches and LaFleur fits that bill.
