FRANKSTON, Texas (KETK) — In an electric atmosphere at Robert Loper Coliseum, the visiting LaPoynor Flyers held on for a hard-fought 57-48 district win over the Frankston Indians.
It was back-and-forth throughout, but in the end, the Flyers escaped with the road victory to pick up their third-straight win.
LaPoynor (19-4) will look to keep it rolling when the Flyers host Cayuga on Friday, January 16 at 8:15 p.m.
Frankston (15-8) will look to snap its’ three-game losing skid when the Indians hit the road to face Alba-Golden on Friday, January 16 at 8 p.m.
