Kings @ Suns Tuesday game thread 1-7-20

Suns try to get back on track when they face the Kings on Tuesday.

Kings (13-23) lost to the Pelicans on Saturday 117-115 and play at the Warriors tonight.

Suns (14-22) are trying recover from their demoralizing loss to the Grizzles on Sunday.

Game time is 7 p.m. MST (Arizona time).

It will be televised on FSAZ.

I'm not counting on Kaminisky returning this season. If he does, that would be a positive.

Want to see this team come out with a purpose and on the same page. If what Monty said Sunday was true and that not everyone was working within the system, then I expect that to have been resolved yesterday during practice and for the team to come out fast.

I want to see Ayton break that seal and be more aggressive inside. He indicated that he's aware he needs to earn more FT attempts. Let's see if he puts that into practice. If he's to get to 20+ ppg, this will be a prerequisite.

I hope Monty tells them to start the game as if though they are down 20 points in the fourth quarter. That seems to be the only way to get them to play hard.
