Russell Westbrook is not generating much, if any, interest on the free agent market.

It appears to be a likely scenario Westbrook opens the 2026-27 season not signed.

After being on seven teams in the past nine years, this could soon be end of Westbrook’s Hall of Fame career.

He’ll land on a team no later than 25 games into the season.

The Nuggets have lowered their asking price for Peyton Watson to just one “high-level player” and one first-round pick, per ESPN.

Denver’s previous asking price was two first-round picks and pick swaps.

The Bulls are trying to find a team willing to take on Patrick Williams in exchange for draft compensation.

Williams has three years remaining on a $90 million extension, which includes an $18 million player option in 2028.

Chicago is in active pursuit of Bennedict Mathurin.
