I'm going to forward this PM for my OC to look at.

We could adjust our FG settings to keep the kicks under 50 yards while you build yer guy up...I'm not worried about our offense scoring points. So its not a big deal.

We are now an annual playoff team that just finished a 13-3 campaign.

I have had only lost 2 agents and 3 players in 3 seasons of existence. I don't trade players without consulting everyone and I don't hold player hostage if they want out. I like to consider myself as an "experience" Owner/GM that has been around since season 2.

We're a very player friendly that has an active forum with game plans posted for every game.

I've been able to balance building a stadium and doing what I can for both basic and advance equipment upgrades. I financially plan out the season and post updates on where the money is going - I believe in being very aggressive in spending money.

The strength in our team has been in signing players and working with their agents into reworking their training and equipment to be part of building a winning franchise. We're not a slow build team...nor have super high level players - so we have to rely on planning and sound offensive/defensive AI's to win games.

I confess that we don't have the all the answers - so we constantly seek out pro level team's and participate in "coaching clinics" to improve ourselves. This offseason we are communicating with the West Scranton Invaders (http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=2016) and getting advice on tactics and player builds.

Hopefully you'll consider our team for a long term contract - but I'm more than willing to go 1 season (end on day 40) as a tryout period between us.

Sure he needs to pick up the vision and confidence...but he's certainly on the right track.

During the regular season we can limit his range to under 45 while he develops and by playoff time he should be about level 25-27.

The kicker on my team is moving on....so I'm in the market looking for a replacement.

A bunch of us is from Arizona (ASU Alumn, Cardinal Fans, etc) and mostly hang out at this site: http://www.arizonasportsfans.com/vb/index.php

The admins were cool enough to give us our own "private forum" for ASFNers participating in GLB.

I'm lucky to have a team with a bunch of guys with good character and humor - hopefully that'll be something yer interested in.

We're in the process of changing our team name to the Christchurch Fighting Maori in the next couple of days.

Gotta say I like your response. Game planning is key. I know from experience with my Beer Barons and how we've been able to top teams we had no business even losing by 2 scores. You will be the assigned ST Coordinator - You will also have a role in deciding if we need to recruit ST players.

My team would be very interested in adding Matty T. and Connor Nokes to the Christchurch Fighting Maori (aka Clan Yashida).

As you can see in our history we started as an expansion team and have improved every year. Sure we lost in the playoffs - but we plan to get back there next year and take Championship.

Although we are also one of the best offenses in our league, the pride of the team is the ST's. We have absolutely dominated on the ST side of the ball forcing fumbles and scoring on punt returns.

Also nothing would make me happier if you accept the ST Coordinator position to elevate our performance in that area.

I like to think of myself as a good and fair owner and I am sure you are getting flooded with PM's just like this one - but just to reaffirm we would love to have you on the Fighting Maori.

There are no ego's or bad apples on my team - my proof was having the confidence in giving you the GM tag to view our roster and have access to our forum and all the thread topics.

Hopefully you'll choose our team - but if not. Believe me there will be no ill fillings - thats not how we operate as a franchise.
