BINGHAMTON — Will Kendall baseball's playoff run end with a state championship?

One game separates the Eagles from a 2026 NYSPHSAA title. They'll meet Saratoga Central Catholic on Saturday, June 13 to determine whether they or the Section II champions will be crowned in Class C.

Kendall reached the title game thanks in part to its victory over Section VII's Ticonderoga in Friday, June 12's state semifinals. Follow along below with live updates from the NYSPHSAA Class C final.

Kendall and Saratoga Central Catholic are set for a 1 p.m. first pitch in the NYSPHSAA Class C baseball final.

Where will Kendall baseball play in the NYSPHSAA Class C final?​

Binghamton's Mirabito Stadium, located at 211 Henry St., will host the NYSPHSAA Class C baseball final. It's the second of three games, following Class A and preceding Class AA.

NYSPHSAA baseball finals in Class AAA, B and D will be played at Binghamton University.

• Playoff resume: Captured Section V Class C2 championship thanks to wins against Byron-Bergen, Perry and Genesee Valley/Belfast. Defeated Gananda in Class C sub-regional Downed Beaver River (Section III), 1-0, in quarterfinals before 12-2, semifinal against Ticonderoga (Section VII).

Saratoga Central Catholic baseball information​

• Record: 21-3
• State rank: 1st
• Playoff resume: Defeated Hoosick Valley, Hadley Luzerne, Greenwich and Granville on path to Section II title. Claimed a 7-0 win over Chapel Field Christian (Section VII) in quarterfinals before a 5-3, semifinal victory against Tuckahoe which included three runs in the top of the seventh inning and a two-hour rain delay.
