Kaukauna baseball state semifinal game moved to Appleton North

The weather forecast for the Appleton area has resulted in some shuffling with the WIAA state baseball tournament schedule for games on Wednesday, June 17.

The Division 1 semifinal game between Kaukauna (22-7) and Nicolet (19-11) will be played at Appleton North High School at 10 a.m.

The other Division 1 semifinal game between Madison Memorial (21-7) and Muskego (25-4) will be played at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium at 2:30 p.m.

The Division 2 semifinal games will be played at Fox Cities Stadium but will start one hour earlier than originally scheduled. Kenosha St. Joseph Catholic (24-6) will play Waupun (24-5) at 8 a.m., followed by Pewaukee (28-2) against Somerset (20-9).

Championship games in all four divisions are scheduled for Thursday, June 18, at Fox Cities Stadium.

The Division 4 title game is set as Potosi/Cassville (20-7) will play Columbus Catholic (23-6) at 9:05 a.m.
