What a mixed bag of goods. Betting has built NFL into the financial success that it is and a player bets and the sky is falling.
Please fire the GM already. We need a fresh start.
I bet he never plays another down in the NFL
He is lucky he isn't banned for life.
Arizona Cardinals cornerback Josh Shaw has been suspended indefinitely through at least the conclusion of the 2020 season for betting on NFL games on multiple occasions, the NFL announced Friday.
The suspension was handed down by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
Shaw has not played in 2019 and is on injured reserve...

NFL also said there was no evidence Shaw's teammates, coaches or players on other teams were aware of betting.

I’m told Shaw has not been around the team or the Cardinals facility since being placed on IR in August. Still, stunning that a player is suspended for gambling.
Waiting for one of the refs to get caught betting.
That’s BS. Speaking as a degenerate gambler all we do is talk about our bad beats. If he doesn’t bet on or against the cardinals i don’t get what the big deal is. He has the same amount of inside info on other teams as the local beat guys.

If you’re surprised by Josh Shaw’s behavior, you shouldn’t be
He effectively will be nobody is going to touch him now.
What a stupid thing to do.
I didn't even know who he is or that he was on the Cardinals team. Interesting especially with the NFL putting the Raiders in Las Vegas.
