PITT COUNTY, N.C. (WNCT) — Pirate Radio hosted their annual leadership luncheon, with a special appearance from NFL Sunday’s Jay Glazer.
Glazer’s book, “Unbreakable”, tells his story on how he overcame depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder to carve out a Hall of Fame career covering the NFL.
Glazer said it’s tough to get out of bed every day, but that the key is to get up and get moving.
he said that you have to turn your mental health into mental wealth as he shared his story at ECU.
“I get to travel to towns that are just beautiful and just hang out,” Glazer said. “So when Jonathan Ellerby reached out on Pirate Radio, I’m like fantastic.”
